Leading non-bank lender Brighten today announced the integration of NextGen’s ApplyOnline® platform. This latest technology upgrade aligns with Brighten’s commitment to meeting broker needs, following a recent survey where brokers emphasised the importance of greater flexibility and choice in loan submission options.
“The addition of ApplyOnline complements our existing technology suite, providing the flexibility and choice our brokers are looking for,” said Chris Meaker, Brighten’s Director and Head of Distribution. “Every enhancement we make is driven by our goal to improve the broker experience. We continually seek feedback from brokers, listen to their needs, and respond with tailored solutions.”
Mr. Meaker added that Brighten has been on a strong growth trajectory, with loan applications increasing by an impressive 130% compared to last year and broker accreditations also surging. “Going live with ApplyOnline will not only expand access for more brokers to work with Brighten, but it will also significantly increase our capacity to handle a growing volume of applications as we scale,” he said.
NextGen’s Head of Lender Partnerships, Mike Ponsonby, said, “NextGen’s ApplyOnline delivers best-in-class capabilities, supporting brokers with an agile and efficient platform. We’re proud to partner with Brighten to empower brokers with digital tools that keep them at the forefront of client service.”
Through the ApplyOnline integration, Brighten’s brokers benefit from advanced features including streamlined application submissions, efficient document management, and electronic signature capabilities. These features are designed to reduce processing times, minimise administrative tasks, and enable brokers to manage applications in real time, wherever they are.
Key features include:
Building on the recent launch of Brighten’s broker portal, the new ApplyOnline integration further enhances brokers’ ability to track loan progress from anywhere while supporting responsible lending practices. With tools that streamline compliance checks, brokers can manage applications efficiently and ensure client interactions meet the highest standards of care.
