Our talent team will assess how your previous experience and skills fit the requirements of the role and whether your personal values align with ours.
This is where we will focus on assessing for functional competence using behavioural and situational questions to better understand your role related knowledge. For some positions, we may also ask you to complete a work sample challenge to demonstrate your strengths and how you would handle typical scenarios in the role.

Employees can earn a scalable performance bonus of their base salary plus superannuation, depending on both company and individual performance. We win and lose as a team and as such our bonus achievement is based on achievement of the company objectives – however your individual performance can allow for accelerators that could see you earn over 100% the available bonus amount.
