NextGen’s upgraded ApplyOnline platform delivers the “complete” solution for Suncorp in-branch lenders

NextGen proudly partner with Suncorp Bank to provide a comprehensive multichannel lending solution through our end-to-end platform ApplyOnline®. NextGen is well known in the third-party channel, with over 98 percent of all broker-originated loans lodged through ApplyOnline. What’s less well known, is that NextGen works with a wide range of lenders, like Suncorp Bank to enable proprietary channel loan origination including in-branch, online and mobile lending.

Suncorp Bank have embraced the advantages of the end-to-end ApplyOnline solution and Senior Branch Manager Rupa Narayan was kind enough to host us at their Sydney Pitt Street Branch, to talk with their in-branch lenders Carl Karudu and Vishal Reddy about their experience of our latest upgrade of ApplyOnline.

In a word, Suncorp Bank lender Carl, summarised the value the upgraded ApplyOnline delivered as “completeness”.

“From how it speeds up the way you capture all the information with pre-population, to how you navigate the main interface with the financial details. What I like especially are the live metrics that provide an update to a client’s borrowing capacity in real-time. It makes cross-checking easier and eliminates a lot of errors.”

Vishal said: “Definitely the live metrics give you a feel for what’s happening with the application straight away. By using the tools in ApplyOnline you know where you stand with a client, and what we can provide so that really helps.”

Both Carl and Vishal commented that ApplyOnline enables them to complete a straightforward mortgage application in as little as 15 minutes, and for more complex deals in approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
